You can find all the house listings on our website and by clicking on each house you will find the relevant descriptions, including the price and specifications. Email us at info@valcoholidayhomes.com specifying the name of the home and your preferred booking dates and we will confirm the availability and discuss all the details with you right away.

The properties listed are privately owned. VALCO Holiday Homes lists only selected and tested accommodations on our website, and we are the ones exclusively managing them to provide you with a professional 24/7 customer support and a safe, joyful stay.

Unless mentioned in the home description, please mention your requirements when emailing us and we will answer your questions and help you find the most suitable property. Please note that smoking is not allowed in any of the properties, but we do have holiday homes with adequate outdoor space you can use.

To travel to and from Dubai you will need travel insurance, but don’t worry, the process is easy and we can guide and advise you if you need any assistance. Your health insurance has no coverage in a foreign country and private clinics are covered through travel insurance. Travel safe!

Don’t panic! We are here to help minimize the problem as much as possible. Smaller damage can be deducted from your deposit, and in cases of greater damage, we will discuss the issue and look for the best solution together. Make sure to inform us in time so that we can take the needed steps to solve the problem to mutual satisfaction. 

Sometimes it is possible to change to another holiday home or another timing. This should not be an issue if you notify us about a month in advance, although we will try to assist you in all cases. However, if you are altering your booking within the 30 days before it was supposed to take place, an extra fee might be charged. Email us to discuss the matter in more detail.

If you have to cancel your booking, please email us. There are costs associated with cancellation to be applied in most circumstances. We can also discuss the options to rebook your holiday.

Each home has a maximum occupancy based on the number of bedrooms. We do not allow more guests than what a home can occupy. In case of a last-minute guest addition, please contact us and we can look into whether we can accommodate you or alter the booking to a more suitable location. 

Depending on your arrival and leave timings, we will discuss this on a case-by-case basis when making your booking. Please inform us if your travel timings change so that we can make the necessary accommodations. Extra charges may apply for the earlier check-in or later check-out.

We ensure you receive all the needed sets including bedding and pillows, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, a full set of towels, linens and bedding sets (together with spares), an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a washing machine and dryer, TV, cable, DVD player and Wi-Fi. Some properties have additional amenities like coffee makers and toasters. We will send you full details and all relevant instructions upon your booking (WiFi password, operating cable etc). Do however bring your plug adapters. 

Yes, you can use our concierge services to ensure a smooth arrival and departure! The additional fee varies on the booking details, so if you want to use this service please let us know at least a week in advance and we will arrange everything.

As soon as you email us with the booking request, we will email you with all the details including the payment terms and conditions. You will receive the holiday home address and your booking confirmation after making the payment.
